General Transcription
General transcription is the catch-all: recordings that do not fit a neater category. A workshop, a phone call, a training session, a voice memo. If there is speech on it, we can turn it into text.
What comes back is a readable document rather than a raw dump. Ums and false starts are cleaned up unless you ask for full verbatim, speakers are labeled, and the formatting stays consistent from the first file to the hundredth.
Speech recognition gives us a first draft in seconds. It cannot tell you whether a name is spelled right, whether a term belongs to this industry or that one, or whether a clean-sounding sentence means the wrong thing. So our people take it from there. Every transcript goes through several rounds of editing and quality control done by real people, including a pass where an editor listens to the recording while reading the words.
The same service covers business meetings, interviews, webinars, conferences, podcasts and video. Pick the level of attention the recording deserves: three services, from clear audio on a flexible timeline through to material turned around within 24 hours. Difficult recordings take longer on any service, and the Difficult Audio upgrade puts more attention on them.
