Zapier is a free service that lets you "automate the web". And in conjunction with CastingWords it makes your transcription workflow ultra simple.

In a few minutes, you can set up a workflow that lets you drop audio into a Dropbox (or SkyDrive, or Box) directory, and have it automatically transcribed by CastingWords. Then with another zap you can put the link into a Google Spreadsheet to track your projects progress. Or any number of similar scenarios.
