Is your audio difficult?

If your audio is difficult to transcribe, the transcription may take longer to complete -- or in some extreme cases might not be able to be transcribed fully or at all. If you add the difficult audio option, we will be able to dedicate more resources to produce a higher quality transcript. When you pay for difficult audio the turnaround time is usually a lot faster than if you don't pay for it. Please note that we do not guarantee turnaround for our 6-day and 1-day service if your audio is difficult.

If your audio features more than three speakers, numerous technical terms, or speakers with heavy accents then you probably should select the difficult audio option for faster completion as well as a higher quality transcript.
