More Support. More of the time.

We’re rolling out improvements to our support process - to help keep you in the loop on your orders. We’ve now got a bunch of people tagging and prioritizing tickets as soon as the come in. This means that more of the time you’ll get the right person answering your mail the first time mail. And that should meaning faster resolutions to your problems. And we’ve add more people - so you’ll see faster response times and more names at the bottom of your mails :)…
