Terms of Service for Expedited Transcriptions

In order for us to offer you our money-back guarantee, your audio must meet the following criteria:

1. Your audio must be of acceptable quality. Our transcribers listen to a sampling of your audio and determine whether it is acceptable quality or not.
2. You must estimate the length of the audiofile correctly.
3. The audio must be in a supported format (MP3, WAV or RSS feed).
4. You need to pay with an instant method of payment. We start the clock ticking the second we are notified that you paid for your order. If you pay by e-check, it takes a few business days to clear, and we won't be able to start on your order until then.
