The QA process on our budget transcripts involves 11 workers looking at an average 1 minute transcript, a process which assures high quality. We are able to this quality at the lower price because we are using workers during "slack time" where we don't have more urgent projects.
Usual turnaround times are currently averaging 4-6 weeks - if you're on deadline we highly recommend our 6-day or 1-day transcription services.
