- When does the 24 hours start?
- The 24 hours starts as soon we receive payment notification. This is normally within 2 minutes of you clicking the "pay" button on Google or PayPal. The one exception is with echecks which take several days to clear! When paying make sure to use any other form of payment.
- What are the audio quality requirements?

Audio of low quality can take many times longer to transcribe than that of high quality. We can only guarantee quick turnaround with high quality audio. We will contact you if your audio does not meet the standards, but generally anyone can tell when audio is of low quality, just by listening.
- Why is this service not always available?
- We have a limited number of highly rated transcriptionists, and we use only our very best on expedited orders. Because there are limited transcribers, we limit the number of orders we take in a day, which means sometimes this service is not available.
